Toraflow — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Toraflow's website, services, or AI solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Toraflow provides AI automations, workflow development, custom chatbots, integrations, and on-prem/VPC AI deployments. Service specifics are defined in proposals, agreements, or invoices.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, ensure they have legal rights to data shared with Toraflow, and maintain security of their infrastructure and credentials unless otherwise stated.

4. Data Ownership & Usage

All client-provided data remains the client's property. Toraflow processes data solely to deliver agreed services and does not sell or share it with external parties.

5. On-Premise & VPC Deployments

For client-owned infrastructure, the client is responsible for server security and uptime. Toraflow only accesses systems for support or updates with explicit permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect any confidential information exchanged during a project. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Payment Terms

Fees are defined in proposals or invoices. Payments must be made according to agreed schedules. Toraflow may suspend services for late or missing payments.

8. Intellectual Property

Toraflow retains ownership of internal tools, scripts, workflows, and proprietary frameworks. Clients receive rights to use the delivered solution as outlined in their agreement.

9. Service Limitations

Toraflow cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, hosting issues, internet outages, or unforeseen events.

10. Prohibited Use

Clients may not misuse systems, perform unauthorized access attempts, reverse-engineer Toraflow solutions, or deploy AI tools for illegal activity.

11. Termination

Both parties may terminate agreements with written notice according to contract terms. Toraflow may terminate service due to misuse or violations of these Terms.

12. Liability

Toraflow's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. Toraflow is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party failures.

13. Support & Maintenance

Support levels depend on the selected subscription or custom agreement. Premium support, SLAs, and managed hosting can be added separately.

14. Updates to Terms

Toraflow may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
